1. Volunteer at least 10 hours with local non-profits.
2. Log your hours on www.volunteeryourtime.org by April 1.
3. Exchange your hours for a FREE ticket to a major spring concert.
4. ROCK the concert in April, 2009!
5. Repeat next year.
